We are a full service, manufacturer who can provide complete design and precision machining of virtually any material.

We use the latest version of solidworks and Mastercam to produce parts right from solid models or we can create one.

Haas CNC machining centers with travels up to 64 inches with 4th axis capabilities up to 18” Diameter

Haas and Okuma CNC Turning with 4” thru hole and up to 25” Diameter with lengths up to 24ft.

Bridgeport Milling Machines with several attachments and DRO’s to accommodate difficult repairs.

LeBlond and Hardinge Manual lathes with servo threading capabilities for any thread pitch.

Mig and Tig welding for production welding, weldments and repairs for various types of materials

Full service repairs from rekeying and tapping to complete reverse engineering for obsolete parts.

Keying for both English and metric for shaft and hubs. We can also key ID blind holes.

We stock several materials including stainless steel up to 7” round to small square tubing.
